In 1925, Henry H. Lynch built an adobe home on his family ranch on the outskirts of Santa Fe in the historic rural village of Agua Fria. The Lynches raised five children in a house with no electricity, running water, or central heating before selling it to Keith and Letta Wofford in 1947. The Woffords remained in the home until their deaths in 2001, changing the property very little over the years. The home remains a nearly intact example of a humble New Mexican ranch house set in now urbanized open country. After the passing of Keith and Letta Wofford in 2001, their son Jim Tom inherited the property. At his death, also in 2001, the property sold and remains a private residence.
